Sales not yet open

Sales are not open yet. Until Plate’s till receives NF525 certification, no subscription can be taken out and no payment is requested.

These terms describe the intended commercial framework in advance; they will be completed and aligned with French consumer and commercial law before sales open. [TO BE PROVIDED before launch.]

Planned subscription

One plan: €90 per month per restaurant, excluding VAT, billed monthly. It includes booking, the till, SMS reminders and the accounting export.

No yearly plan, no free trial. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid month. Archives and the sales log then remain available in read-only form, as required by French record-keeping law.

Card payments

Your guests’ payments run on the restaurant’s own certified terminal and its own payment provider. Plate never collects money on the restaurant’s behalf and never stores card data.
