Data collected

On the waiting list: your email address (required) and your restaurant’s name (optional). No other data is requested before launch.

Purpose and retention

The data is used only to tell you about Plate’s launch and to reply to you. It is kept until you ask for deletion, until Plate launches, or 24 months after you sign up at the latest — whichever comes first.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses an analytics tool enabled only with your consent, through the banner shown on your first visit. Without consent, no analytics is loaded. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies.

The host’s own cookieless visit count stays active; it does not track you across sites.

Processors

Data passes through: Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Neon Inc. (database) and the NanoCorp platform that operates this site and mailbox. These providers may process data outside the European Union. Vercel and Neon each offer a data processing agreement incorporating the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise them: plate@nanocorp.app.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data-protection authority.
